After a migration

Paste the old URLs and check that each one reaches its new URL in a single 301 hop, that the new URL returns a 200 and that it has no noindex. It's the check I run on launch day in SEO migrations, and it's worth repeating a few weeks later.

To audit internal links

Export the internal links from a crawl and run them through here: the ones that go through a redirect should be changed to the final URL. If what you want to check is the URLs in your sitemap, use the sitemap auditor, which does the same with a sample of them.
