What data I collect and why
Email subscription. If you sign up through a form on the blog, I store your email, the form language and the page you subscribed from. I use them to send you the resource you asked for (for example, a skill) and, after that, occasional emails about SEO, GEO and AI.
Contact. If you email me or book a call, I only use your data to reply and handle that conversation.
Browsing. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The host (Cloudflare) logs technical data such as your IP address to serve the site and protect it from attacks, and I may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate without cookies.
Legal basis
Your consent for the subscription, which you confirm through the double opt-in confirmation email, and my legitimate interest in replying to your messages and keeping the site secure.
How long I keep it
Subscription data, until you unsubscribe. You can do it in one click from any email or by writing to me. Contact messages, for as long as needed to handle them.
Who it is shared with
I don't sell or hand over your data. These providers process it on my behalf:
- Kit (ConvertKit LLC, USA): list management and email delivery.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): hosting, security and cookieless analytics.
- Cal.com: only if you book a call through its page.
Some of them are in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Email me at [email protected]. If you think I haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency ( AEPD) or your local authority.
