AI systems & automation
AI systems that do your team's repetitive work in production, with the code and data staying in-house.
Book a 30-min call →I'm Head of AI (Marketing Automation) at Reverse Tech. The ad factory I built there went from 200 to over 3,000 creatives a week, published to Meta and Google via API, and saves around €20k a month on external platforms.
Who it's for
Is it for you?
It's a fit if…
- Your team spends hours every week on repetitive tasks: reports, content, lead triage or data copied between tools.
- You pay for several SaaS subscriptions and use a small part of each.
- You have a specific process that hurts because it is slow, expensive or depends on one person.
- You want the code and data to stay inside your company.
It's not a fit if…
- You want a website chatbot because it is trendy.
- There is no repetitive process that really costs you hours.
- You need someone in your office five days a week.
My point of view
The AI that saves money is boring
AI demos impress, but the real savings are in the processes nobody wants to do: the Monday report, the repetitive content, the leads waiting until someone has a spare moment.
That's why I don't start with the technology. I measure what each process costs in hours and build the smallest system that removes the one that hurts most. First one that works in production, then the next.
Critical steps still go through a person, and the code and data stay in your company. It is what I do every day at Reverse Tech, and it is how Gradual, my AI agency, works.
How we work
From the first call to results
-
01
Process review
A map of your operation with the cost per hour of each process, estimated savings and a proposal for the first system.
-
02
First system in production
The most painful process, automated end to end, with human review on critical steps and savings measured from day one.
-
03
More processes and handover
New processes and SaaS replacement where it pays off, with documentation and training for your team.
Deliverables
What you get
-
Process map with cost per hour
Which tasks cost the most hours, how much automating each one saves and in what order to do it.
-
Agents in production
Research, content, CRM, reporting or support done by agents within the limits you set.
-
Human review in place
Critical steps go through your team. The rest runs on its own.
-
SaaS replacement
Your own software where it pays off, with no plan limits or per-seat pricing.
-
Your code and documentation
No black boxes or vendor lock-in. Your team can maintain it without me.
Formats
How we can work together
Review + roadmap
A fixed-scope project: a process map with cost per hour, an automation roadmap ordered by impact and the estimated savings of each piece. It is the usual first step.
Systems in production
I build a specific system end to end, with human review and a documented handover, or keep automating your operation month by month with direct access, no tickets.
I don't have fixed rates: the price depends on the process and how much needs building. After the first call I send you a written proposal with scope, timelines and price.
I work with at most 4 consulting clients at a time, so each one gets real senior hours.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is an agentic system and what is it for in my company?
It is software that uses AI models to run complete processes within the limits you define, such as researching, writing, classifying, publishing or replying. It lets processes that eat your team's hours today run on their own and scale without hiring.
Can a custom automation replace my SaaS tools?
Often, yes. If you pay for several subscriptions and use a fifth of each, your own system that does exactly what you need usually costs less per year and has no plan, seat or credit limits. I review your tools and tell you what is worth replacing and what is not.
What do I need to get started?
A process that hurts because it is repetitive, slow or expensive. On the first call we map it, I estimate the savings and propose the smallest system that solves it. You don't need your own technical team.
Who maintains the system once it's built?
The code and data are yours, with no dependency on me or third parties. I can handle improvements or leave it documented for your team, whichever you prefer.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the process and how much needs building. After the first call I send you a written proposal with scope, timelines and price.
Want to talk about your case?
This is exactly what happens when you book:
-
A 30-minute call: tell me where you are and what you want to achieve.
-
Within 24h I tell you whether I can help and where I'd start.
-
A concrete proposal with scope and milestones, or I tell you that you don't need it.
